About ROFEL Trust

The Rotary Club of Vapi established the Rotary Foundation for Education and Learning (ROFEL) in 1985 with the aim of providing comprehensive educational facilities across the region. Over the past 38 years, ROFEL has been a pillar in the field of education, offering diverse academic programs in disciplines such as pharmacy, medicine, business administration, arts, and commerce. Renowned for its commitment to excellence, the institution continues to foster educational growth and development at all levels.

About Rajju Shroff ROFEL University, Vapi

Rajju Shroff ROFEL University is a State Private University, established under the Gujarat Private Universities (Amendment) Act, 2023 (Act No. 7), further amending the Gujarat Private Universities Act, 2009 (Act No. 8). It operates with approval under Section 22 of the UGC Act, 1956.

Situated in Vapi, the university is committed to fostering academic and industrial excellence. With a focus on innovation, professionalism, and dynamism, it equips its students with the skills and intellect required for successful careers.

The university is promoted by the ROFEL Trust (Rotary Foundation for Education and Learning), established in 1985 by the Rotary Club of Vapi in collaboration with United Phosphorous Ltd. (UPL). Guided by the Rotary World's mission of "Service Above Self," the institution is dedicated to social growth through education.

Padma Bhushan Shri Rajju Shroff, Chairman of United Phosphorous Ltd., serves as the Chairman of the university. He is supported by Hon’ble Shri Kanubhai Desai (Cabinet Minister of Finance, Energy, and Petrochemicals, Govt. of Gujarat) and Club Mentor Past Rotary International President Rtn. Kalyan Banerjee, whose visionary leadership drives the university forward.

Rajju Shroff ROFEL University, established in 2023 under the Gujarat Private Universities Act, is a state private university in Vapi, Gujarat. Promoted by the ROFEL Trust, founded by the Rotary Club of Vapi and United Phosphorous Ltd. (UPL), the university is dedicated to providing quality education and fostering social growth through academic and industrial excellence.

Led by Padma Bhushan Shri Rajju Shroff, Chairman of UPL, and supported by visionary leaders, the university focuses on innovation and equipping students with critical, creative, and analytical skills. Aligned with the UN's Sustainable Development Goal of "Quality Education," it aims to address modern challenges and shape future leaders.

About the Inter- College Event

Since 2009, the management fest Inceptum has served as a collaborative platform for colleges across South Gujarat, enabling undergraduate students of Veer Narmad South Gujarat University (VNSGU) and neighbouring institutions to showcase their skills and apply academic knowledge in practical settings. Likewise, ICOMP, launched in 2005, aimed to nurture programming expertise, problem-solving abilities, and creativity in a stimulating and competitive environment.

In 2023, we proudly present Dyna-Fest, a strategic integration of Inceptum and ICOMP, brought to you through the combined efforts of the BBA and BCA teams. This multidisciplinary event is designed to foster holistic development by providing students with a competitive platform to exhibit their talents, engage in innovative problem-solving, and collaborate with peers across various colleges affiliated with VNSGU. The thoughtfully curated competitions inspire participants to think critically, innovate, and differentiate themselves in a dynamic and challenging environment.

Dyna-Fest 2.0 encapsulates its essence through its tagline: "Where Knowledge Meets Talent."
