Rules and Guidelines
· The time limit for the competition is 2 hours.
· The theme for the competition is "Festival of India".
· Each team must consist of 2 participants.
· The Rangoli should be prepared in a 3×3 feet area.
· Participants are required to bring their own materials for the competition.
· The Rangoli design can be either free-hand or a creative drawing.
· Food grains, vegetables, or any other edible items cannot be used to create or decorate the Rangoli.
· Participants can use innovative tools, such as ear buds, bangles, plastic bags, etc., for making the Rangoli.
· The use of readymade motifs, mobile phones, or Rangoli pictures is not allowed during the competition.
· The decision of the judges will be final and binding on all participants and institutions.
Each college can send a maximum of 2 teams to participate in the competition
